Fully equipped, furnished and decorated, bed linen and towels, Wi-Fi, utilities such as water, electricity and heating, insurance, final cleaning, contact person 365 days per year.

Yes, all our corporate homes have Wi-Fi.

Is indoor smoking allowed?

No, smoking indoors in Swedacco's accommodation is never allowed. It is only allowed outdoors in designated places.

Can you help out with cleaning?

Absolutely! We offer weekly cleaning at an extra cost.

Can I as a private person rent out my home to Swedacco?

Absolutely, provided that the property standard meets our requirements, you can rent to us.

Who is responsible for collecting the rent from the end customer?

When we have signed an agreement, we take full responsibility, both for the property and for paying the rent on time.

Who will be my tenant, Swedacco or your corporate customer?

For your security, Swedacco will always be your tenant. In this way, we can guarantee that the rent is paid on time, and safer for the customer, who then does not have to deal with several property owners.

What happens if we do not verify the property as satisfactory?

We never close the door but are happy to have a dialogue with you about what needs to be done on the property in order for us to be able to rent it. If you are not able to take those measures, we can assist you.

What happens if your business tenant does not behave in my house?

We take full responsibility, and value the relationship with our property owners highly. Should our guest not behave, they will receive a warning from us and a reminder of our rules of conduct. If they misbehave once more, we have the right to terminate the rental with the business guest with 15 days' notice. We will then take care of finding a new, more caring guest for your property.

Can we get a single invoice for several homes?

Yes, you can get a single invoice with all costs. Also, you only have one contact person for all invoice and housing questions.

Is it cheaper to book a corporate apartment than to stay in a hotel?

Yes, in general it is much cheaper to book a corporate accommodation, especially when it regards longer periods of time. This applies both to the company and to the individual tenant, who gets the opportunity to, for example, cook at home instead of eating out.
